New Patients

Your initial consultation visit will last about one hour. The goal for this visit is understand your needs, concerns, and expectations.

The appointment will consist of a complete examination and consultation.  We will discuss your diagnosis and treatment options, and additional impressions, photographs and x-rays may be taken as needed.  Depending on the complexity of care, a second appointment may be required to determine your treatment options.

Please help us by bringing the completed patient information form that you received prior to your appointment. Also bring your referral slip, any radiographs (x-rays) and any other pertinent dental information from your past dentist or dentists.
